My story
I have always thought the Rotary Bike ride sounds fun ( it’s the cake), but it’s only in recent years that I’ve had a bike and now is the time to finally get pedalling for Dementia Forward.
I’m a steady kind of cyclist, and have never ridden 60 miles before , so it will be a challenge.
I meet so many truly courageous and inspirational people by working with our clients at Dementia Forward that I can be a little bit brave and face how sore I will be afterwards!
