My story
You can now do your bit to reduce the impact of malaria by donating to our campaign. Even as a small charity like us we would like by the end of 2014 have saved 2000 childrens lives. That means raising around £5000 through your kindness. There are 2 alternatives: firstly donate to provide a family size impregnated mosquito net (these cost around £25 each) this will protect a mum and 4 children for up to 10 years - just £2.50 a year to save 5 lives - that is 1penny a week for each life. Not much eh! Secondly you can donate for a solar powered mosquito repellent (around £3 each). This will protect a child for up to 10000 hours (up to 5 years) and harnesses the natural element they have in Africa- sun! So you are protecting a child for 60p a year. So you can see that we could save over 1500 lives by the end of 2014.
