Walking on hot coals for CRCC

I'm representing Cambridge Women's Football Club and taking the challenge of walking on hot coals for Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre.

Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre is a helpline service run by women, for women and girls who have survived or are currently experiencing sexual violence. Their helpline is also open for family, friends and professionals who are supporting a survivor.

A small group of local women set up Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre in 1982, in response to growing awareness of the prevalence of sexual violence against women and girls. For many years CRCC was entirely run by unpaid volunteers. In 2007, having faced chronic funding instability for many years, the centre closed for a short while, only to be restored again by a small group of determined women.
