My story
Starting in chepstow I'll be running coast to coast to prestatyn a distance of 188 miles along the beautiful king offas dyke path. It'll be my furthest distance and longest in the pain cave a feeling I really enjoy being in! The race is tracked so people who'd like to watch the dots move up the screen are more than welcome you can get this from the race event "beyond marathon" you can follow my progress on Strava all the training and in-between stuff (ultra Glenn) to see how much effort I put into these long distances.
