My story
Hi there I am doing a Trail Run half marathon on the 20th of June 2015 for a charity called So Precious, they provide support to Neonatal, maternity and paediatric services within forth valley NHS
The reason I am doing this is a personal goal, I wanted to do a half marathon but decided this would be a lot harder as its half on roads and half off track, its explained on the website as if you dare to run where horses gallop then this is the race for you
Although this is a personal goal I'd like to do this for an amazing cause, my manager and good friend Gavin Maxwell has had a little boy called Noah who was born 16 weeks early and was looked after at wishaw general for 2 months then forth valley for 6 weeks and I'd like to raise some monies for a great charity
