Laura McGee is raising money for Leukaemia Appeal Fund for Dudley
My story
In October, I will be running the Great Birmingham Run in memory of my amazing husband, Jonathan McGee (Moggie) who lost his battle to cancer in 2011. The charity I am running for is close to my heart as they cared for Jon so well, making his last few days as comfortable as possible. Not only did they care for Jon, they also were fantastic towards his family and friends, giving us all we could have asked for. As you know, I'm not a runner so this is going to be a challenge but I have some pretty new trainers & the training has begun. Thanks for your support, Laura x
