My second year running the Leeds Half on behalf of Leeds North West food bank. I have seen first hand the impact charities like this have on the community they look after and want to raise money to help them continue their good work.

Testing out the foot
Had a absolute nightmare with my foot over the last few weeks so been unable to get any training done. This one today has knocked the cobweb's loose so hopefully should be fine for Sunday. (But I might not win)
