Leyton’s Mini Marathon

Leyton has been selected to take on the exciting opportunity of running in this year’s TCS Mini London Marathon on the 20th April. The challenge consists of a 1 mile course set out around beautiful St. James Park, giving the children a feel for all the London marathon excitement that will be taking place the following day, whilst raising money for their chosen charity.

Leyton has worked hard on his fitness in preparation for the big day! His hope is to help raise money for Ringwood Junior Schools BIG BUILD fundraising campaign that aims to build an extension to our school building.
The extension is urgently needed to facilitate the provision of pastoral support and additional teaching interventions for our students, who face many challenges and difficulties in their lives.
