Leeds Liverpool Canal Sponsored Bike Ride - August Bank Holiday

As part of our efforts to support our chosen charities Breast Cancer Care and 'Raise the Roof' Project at Brierfield Methodist Church, we are doing a sponsored bike ride along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, the longest single canal in England! We will commence our 127 mile long journey at Liverpool on Saturday 23rd August, finishing on Sunday 24th August at Leeds.
Those taking part are Steven & Alexander Townrow & Stephen Dixon who are cycling to raise money for two charities. Breast Cancer Care who support anyone affected by breast cancer, bringing people together, providing information, and campaigning for improved standards of care. Raise the Roof Project at Brierfield Methodist Church will renovate the building to offer a crucial centre and an important focus across all communities in Brierfield.
Please donate whatever you can so that the Charities can continue their fantastic work. Burnley Methodist Circuit is acting as the pool charity, and the money will be divided equally between the two causes.
