Our story
Join us during Blood Cancer Awareness Month for a relaxing walk in Strabane, where you can meet others affected by blood cancer, and speak to members of the LLNI team and Blood Cancer Research Group researchers.
This year’s walk will take place on Friday 5th September at 7pm.
The walk starts and ends at MKs Bar on the Derry Road in Strabane. Suitable for all ages and abilities everyone is welcome to join us.
During BCAM we aim to raise awareness and support those affected by blood cancer. Together, we can make a difference by funding critical research, offering hope to patients, and educating communities about early detection and treatment options. Whether you’re walking for a loved one or simply to support the cause, every step you take brings us closer to a future free from blood cancer. Let’s walk with purpose and show that we stand united in the fight against blood cancer!
