Lola Ellis is raising money for Trafford Domestic Abuse Services
My story
I am running the Manchester half marathon in October for Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS).
For 35 years, TDAS has been supporting domestic abuse victims throughout Trafford including running the only refuge in the area. In the last year alone TDAS supported over 700 children who had experienced or been exposed to domestic abuse, but from 2026 will lose a substantial amount of funding for children’s services.
