London Marathon for Boost

Joe Armes is raising money for Boost Charitable Trust

My story

This year, I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for Boost Charitable Trust.

Boost is a grant-giving sports charity whose mission is to fund and support inspiring programmes which help to improve the lives of the disadvantaged and disabled through the power of sport.  They are passionate about the way that sport can change people’s lives.  The focus is on helping people in five main areas: physical and learning disabilities, financial hardship,  mental health, social exclusion and medical research and relief. Current programmes include a rowing programme for people with visual impairments at Peterborough Rowing Club, a multi-sports programme for children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Leicester and a walking football programme for people with Parkinson’s in London.

It really is a great cause so please donate generously!

Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Boost Charitable Trust.
