My story

I'm going to run 250k in 12 weeks, which is going to be a challenge for me with my mental hip and pushing myself to the limit and I will hopefully raise some money for MS Center at the same time, the centre is a fantastic place that gives Therapy and support, you can follow my progress on Strava or Instagram @urban_ego_fitness
