Luke's Hackney Half Marathon and Ultimate Peak District Challenge

I have never run a marathon or even half before so this will definitely be a challenge!

This year, I’m challenging myself with two big events, running a half marathon and hiking 25km through the beautiful (but very hilly!) Peak District — all in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

MNDA is an incredible charity that supports people living with MND and funds essential research into this devastating disease. I’d be so grateful for any support you can give.

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a fatal and rapidly progressing condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. In the UK, it impacts up to 5,000 adults at any given time, and unfortunately, there is no cure for this devastating disease.

After the exceptional success of 2024, where the Toyota UK entities came together to raise over £300,000 for MNDA, we have decided to continue that support in 2025. This year we aim to raise £100,000, which can only be achieved with the help of Toyota GB staff!
