Marcus John is raising money for African Flame
Event dates: 6th January 2014 – 1st August 2014
This Spring I will be trying to walk the length of the RIver Wye (136 miles) in one week to raise money for Serian UK. This is a registered charity that directly supports Noonkodin School, which provides secondary education for around 200 young people in the remote mountain village of Eluwai, Northern Tanzania.
The vast majority of Noonkodin's pupils are Maasai pastoralists and the school is unique in providing an Indigenous Knowledge programme that both celebrates and records Maasai culture and wisdom.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto African Flame.
