My story
Thanks for visiting my 'give as you live' page, supporting the MND Association.
Inspired by Kevin Sinfield's 7 in 7 challenges, based on Rob Burrows playing number 7, I am running 7.77k every day for seven days to raise money and awareness for the Motor Neurone Disease Association
Additionally as part of my work for St Peters Hospice in Bristol, I have met and cared for some incredible people with MND and been humbled by their courage, strength and fortitude in managing their experience
