My story
This year I am setting myself a challenge to run/cycle the equivalent distance between Land’s End to John O’Groat’s - this being 874 Miles/1407KM.
I have chosen to complete this challenge in aid of Andy’s Man Club. Within recent years I have had my eyes opened to Mental Health but more so from a males perspective. I want to help to change the stigma around Males and mental health. Through the work Andy’s Man Club complete, it is showing that it is simply ok to not be ok but to more so talk about not being ok.
Please can you help me along the way to raise as much money as possible to support the work of Andy’s Man Club.
