Drought in Kanugu S W Uganda. Help to feed the hungry people

My story
We have been informed very recently about the drought that has hit the already poor people of S W Uganda. The crops have failed and many people can no longer either sell their crops or feed themselves. It is a terrible situation.
1 kilo of rice or posho or beans costs approx 75 pence. The price of a cup of coffee you might buy while out shopping would buy 3 kilos of the above.
Kinkiizi Diocese has stepped in to try and help and they have asked for our help.
They need food urgently.
Please help the starving people of Kanungu in S W Uganda.They are poor already and the drought is making life even worse. Bishop Dan has now told us of a mother who died after giving birth and also about the death of a small child. My heart goes out to them.Please help and share this with your friends.A donation of £2.50 would buy 3 kilos of rice.Please can you help these desperate people.
