Running for a Cause: The London Marathon 2025

Hey everyone!

I’m thrilled to announce that in 2025, I’ll be lacing up my trainers once again to take on the London Marathon—this time for a cause close to my heart, Lord’s Taverners. This will be my 8th marathon, and my second time running London, and I can honestly say it’s the best atmosphere you can imagine. There’s something about running in my home city, with the streets lined with supporters, that makes every step worth it.

But this time, it’s not just about my love for running; it’s about supporting the amazing work Lord’s Taverners does. As a cricket fan, I’ve long admired how they give young people, particularly those with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds, opportunities to participate in sports and enjoy the life-changing benefits that come with it. Their work makes a real difference in the lives of thousands of kids every year.

I’m proud to be running for Lord’s Taverners through my company, Wavestone, which partners with them as part of its commitment to making a positive impact in the community. I’ve been fortunate to be connected with their fundraising team, and now I’m on a mission to raise as much as possible to help them continue their incredible work.
