Ed Roach is raising money for Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charitable Fund
On the 27th April I will be running my very first Manchester Marathon for a great charity mid Cheshire hospital NICU where our daughter Poppy was born at 25 weeks.
She was quickly transferred to Arrowe Park Hospital and we then returned to Leighton Hospital after 5 weeks where she spent the next 2 months.
Poppy received the best care while she was there, for that we will always be incredibly grateful.
Please donate whatever you can for this fantastic ward and the staff that care for these very poorly babies and their parents.

Wow that was warm one, I completed the Manchester Marathon in 5hrs 20 minutes and it was the most amazing experience. The support on the streets was fantastic, and the organisation to put an event together of that size is mind blowing. Thank you to everyone that had donated to this very special cause.
Final long runs done, managed to get a few runs in with Poppy pacing me 😍
From now on I will be mostly stretching and fuelling.
