Kaitlin Cunningham is raising money for Fetcher Dog
I've done the thing I said I'd never do: sign up for a Half Marathon. But when it's an opportunity to raise money for Fetcher Dog, then how could I say no?
Fetcher Dog rescued our darling dog, Nina, 3 years ago. She has filled out hearts with love, our days with laughter and exercise, and our house with dog hair - and we couldn't imagine life without her. I want to give back even a little bit to this amazing charity by raising money to help them rescue, care for and rehome other dogs, giving them and their future "pawrents" the same love and connection we've found with our rescue doggo.
My minimum fundraising target is £500, but I'd love to raise more!

Pushing into the last month or so of training and really stretching on the distances. Feeling really good about the long runs now, and starting to get excited for the race....
Ladies and gentlemen, we are now pushing into the realm of milestone distances and I'm really starting to feel the benefit and the pain of all this training...
7 weeks into my 25 week training plan, and not even a third of the way through the total training distance. My longest run on the plan so far has only been 11 km - still a long way to go to get to 21km!
