Oxbridge Cycle for The Gambia Project

In the first weekend of half term I'll be cycling from the centre of Oxford to the centre of Cambridge (a grand total of 88miles! Scary!) to raise money for the Gambia Project.

I'm home and in a suitable amount of agony after cycling 92 (because of various navigational hiccups/Dad cruelly insisting on cycling home once we'd reached Great St. Mary's) miles! A big thank you to everyone whose sponsored me so far!

The Gambia Project is a project which a team of Lower Sixth at The Stephen Perse Foundation take part in every year, which involves raising as much money as we can before travelling to the Gambia in January where we see exactly how this money is being spent.
Past projects have included a chicken farm and school computer suite. This year we hope to be able to help build a new classroom for a primary school and provide essential resources for a hospital.
