Peak for PEAK Challenge: Jenson’s Journey

Many of you will know a little of our story and just how much Jenson has been through over the past couple of years. After a long period of autistic burnout, even leaving the house felt impossible for him. His nervous system had gone into survival mode, and what he needed most was time, rest, and understanding.

That’s why we’re incredibly proud to share that Jenson is taking part in his own Peak for PEAK challenge this July! 

Inspired by Marco’s incredible climb of Monte Rosa to raise funds for PEAK Charity, Jenson is setting his own meaningful challenge.

While he won’t be climbing a mountain, he will be facing one of his own. Jenson will be aiming to walk/ cycle 20km throughout July. For a child who has been through so much and is still rebuilding his strength, this is a huge personal achievement and one that will take effort and determination.

PEAK (Parenting Empowered Autistic Kids) is a small but mighty charity run by parent carers, for parent carers. It offers support, advocacy, and community for families navigating life with neurodivergent children. PEAK empowers parents to understand their children deeply, advocate effectively, and access the support they need without judgment.
