The family are raising money for YiS Young People's Mental Health
Philip James Bale - husband, father, colleague, friend, teacher and enthusiastic musician - passed away on Wednesday August 18th after a long battle with depression and illness.
His teaching career in Milton Keynes saw him assist in the education of many young people of the city, first at Sir Frank Markham in the 80s and then, later, as Head of Modern Languages at Stantonbury Campus, where he also assisted many new and young teachers in their careers.
It is therefore movingly apt that his family have selected YiS as the chosen charity for a fundraiser as we commemorate him and celebrate the life he led, as well as the selfless support he offered many. Any contribution, large and small, to support the excellent work done by YiS will be a fitting tribute and will enable YiS to continue offering support to young people in Milton Keynes, especially now it is needed more than ever.
Thank you!
