Phil's midlife crisis triathlon!

Personally - It's time to have a midlife crisis ... it's many years now since I was silly enough to attempt a triathlon and given this one is happening in Bexhill, I couldn't really refuse! It's also an opportunity to support two local charities:

St Michael's Hospice - "Supporting and enabling the community of Hastings and Rother to live well with dying, death and loss". The Hospice provides invaluable services and relies on donations to do so.

Hastings & St Leonards volunteer lifeguard club provides training in water safety & survival skills for children aged 8 and upwards. The kids go on to nationally recognised awards and provide safety cover for open water events in the area including sea swims, triathlons, rowing regattas and safety in action for local school children.
