Matthew Cella is raising money for Fetcher Dog
My story
On 19 February 2022, we adopted Zoey, a stray dog found wandering the streets of Sarajevo. We rescued her from a dog rescue charity based in Kent, Fetcher Dog. On 10 October 2025, I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Fetcher Dog. Every donation will help rescue more dogs from Bosnian kill shelters. Thank you so much for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me!

More information about Fetcher Dog: We hope to stop the mindless slaughter of thousands of innocent stray dogs in kill-shelters in countries like Bosnia & Romania. We then hope to re-home these stray dogs by transporting them to the UK, providing much needed veterinary care and eventually forever homes in the UK and to provide families in the UK with loving pets.
