Remembering Claire
Kerry Baker is raising money for Addenbrookes Liver Transplant Association
My story
On 25th June 2022 I will be taking on the Thresholds challenge Race to the Tower, which is a 53 miles race over the Cotswold Way beginning in Stroud and finishing at Broadway Tower. This was a challenge that Claire and I were due to undertake together in 2021 but it was cancelled due to Covid. So we deferred it for a year, giving us more time to train and for Claire to regain her strength from illness.
Life doesn’t always turn out how you plan, and on September 16th 2021 Claire sadly passed away. To honour Claire’s memory and to see our challenge through. I will be walking the 53 miles alone with Claire in my heart every step of the way, her courage and determination will help me with every step.
