Raising money for survivors of domestic abuse

I've managed to drag myself through a few marathons over the last few years- but this one means a lot. Not just because it's on my birthday, but because it's given me a chance to raise money for a cause that is very important to me. 

Trafford Domestic Abuse Service (TDAS) are a lifeline for so many people in Trafford. But their support extends beyond our borough, through the regular free training workshops they offer online to help people understand gender based violence. These things are vital if we want to eradicate violence against women and girls, but they cost money to do. Anything I manage to raise will help get us to a point where hopefully these services are no longer needed.
