Rosie is running the Great North Run for NAGAS

On September 7th I am running the Great North Run for Newcastle and Gateshead Art Studio (NAGAS). There is not long to go, so this plea is a little late in the day, but please dig as deep and fast as you are able as this is a fantastic charitable organisation who deserves every penny in order to continue the work they do. I've put £100 as a target, anything you can give is appreciated and if we manage to gather more than this it's amazing.

Here's a little more information about NAGAS:
NAGAS provides an innovative range of creative based services that are directed at improving and enhancing the quality of life, health and social integration of its members.

They provide opportunities for those who are, or at risk of experiencing diagnosed mental health problems, and those who experience other forms of social exclusion within their communities.
