Our story
On the 12th of October 2025 we will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts.
Our wonderful sister Georgie suffered a brain bleed as a new born baby, after being born at 32 weeks as a surviving twin. This left her with several challenges, including cerebral palsy - right side hemiplegia specifically. Despite being one of the most positive people you could ever wish to meet, this doesn’t come without its challenges and subsequent frustrations. Over the years and specifically into adulthood it’s become a very apparent observation that there is a lack of support for adults that live day-to-day with cerebral palsy, which is where Up - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement aims to bridge the gap.
We would be so grateful for any donation, no matter how small, to help us reach our target and give UP the tools they need to continue to make difference.
