My story
The Event
So, welcome to my fundraising page. Following on from last years 100k Trailwalker, Myself and Kelly have decided this year to push our running exploits a little further by entering into 2 Ultra marathons. The first is the Run to The Sea 50k which starts from Ringwood and finishes at Hengisbury head using mostly the Castleman Trailway. So a nice fairly flat 50k to get us started.
The charity.
Since April 2018 i have been volunteering myself and Alfie, with Dorset Search Dogs.
A charity assisting the Police, Coastguard and other Search and Rescue teams looking for missing persons across the South. With our dedicated team of dogs, handlers and operational supports who make themselves available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We are currently level 1 trainee working towards level 2. with great enthusiasm and enjoyment from both myself and Alfie.
