Run with Mum 2022

Last year I ran for my Mum who sadly passed away when I was 10 years old, it was an extremely cathartic process for me as I was the same age as my Mum last year when she died. Run with Mum gave me the opportunity to quietly reflect and remember her whilst raising money for the much loved Kent MS Therapy Centre.
A year on, and my children, Molly and Charlie are joining me to complete this years Run with Mum challenge! The training (for me at least!) started at the beginning of February, the kids don't need to prepare so much it seems, they just need to sneeze and they've run 5km without breaking a sweat! Fingers crossed I'll be ready for March!
