My story
This year, I’m taking on the challenge of the London Marathon, not just for the miles, but for the memories.
Dementia is a condition that has deeply affected my family, and I’ve seen first-hand how devastating it can be, not only for those living with it, but for the loved ones around them. That’s why I’m running to support the incredible work Dementia Forward does.
I was lucky to get a place through the ballot, but I didn’t want to run just for the sake of it. I wanted to run for a purpose.
