Christie’s fundraiser: Running the 2026 London Marathon for The Lord’s Taverners

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on the challenge of running 26.2 miles through the streets of London, all to raise funds for the amazing Lord’s Taverners.

The Lord’s Taverners give young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities the chance to fulfil their potential through sport and recreation. Their work helps to break down barriers, build confidence, and open up opportunities that every young person deserves.

Sport has such a powerful way of bringing people together. Knowing that every mile I run will help create those moments for others is what will keep me going on race day (even when my legs don’t want to!).

Your support means so much. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help the Lord’s Taverners continue to change lives across the UK.
