My story
Raising money for Dementia Forward.
Dementia Forward Age UK York Dementia Forward is a North Yorkshire charity supporting people living with dementia, their families, and carers. Founded in 2012, it provides a wide range of services including a helpline, dementia support advisors, wellbeing activities, and community engagement. The charity has a local-forlocal approach to ensure that anyone affected by dementia is supported and included in their community. Dementia Forward also promotes awareness and understanding of dementia through education, training and outreach work.
