Ryan Boylan is raising money for The Change Foundation
My story
As part of Principal Insurance's involvement in the Insurance Change Championships 2020, I will be taking part in the Cover the Circuits challenge to help raise money for the Change Foundation.
As previously I would cycle to work and attempt to play the odd game of 5 a-side/badminton I was definitely more active than I have been for the past 12 months! This gives me a good reason to get out each day, stick some blisters on my feet and raise some money for a great cause.
I will be walking a total of 56.8km over 12 days, which is the equivalent lengths of 12 motorcycle racing circuits featured in the MotoGP championships, god help me.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated!

• Day 9: Motorland Aragon, Spain: 5.3km
• Day 10: Brno, Czech Republic: 5.4km

Penultimate walk in the challenge! Didn't plan this route at all hense all the looping, had to make the distance... Jo came with me on this walk and didn't stop talking all route, pace was down quite a bit haha

Alot of the soft muddy areas I've previously wanted to walk over have frozen over so I was able to take that route today... Meant for another bloody cold walk but my flask of tea warmed me up, must've looked a right knob ed

Very cold walk this one but wrapped up!
Jo came for a walk around sale waterpark with me then had tea ready for when I got home! Lovely
... I was only meant to do 5.3km, torture

Definitely the coldest walk I've done and the longest so far! Not the best combination...
