Our story
Between 10-20% of the world are considered to be neurodivergent, meaning the brain processes, learns, and/or behaves differently from what is considered "typical” and includes conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette’s, epilepsy, Down’s syndrome and more.
The Society for Neurodiversity (S4Nd) supports people who identify as neurodivergent, including their families, friends and allies. It is a movement that will fight for the rights of neurodivergent people — for recognition, a fair share of resources, influence and status to enable people to live a good life.
We both have experience personally or through family and friends of the challenges of being neurodivergent, so we are climbing Scafell Pike to raise funds to support this important cause and raise awareness during disability pride month.
