Yes, you are not imagining things and it is not a case of homonymy - it is really me. Running.

I blame Anna for asking me to join her for the Adidas 5K Challenge, but now I have signed up so I have to do it!

I am planning to start training soon, to avoid passing out in the very first 100 meters and was thinking of giving up smoking for good at the same time.. just to maximise the stressed involved!

so as you can see I will need all the help you can give me:

support me, keep me away from cigarettes and into my runnign shoes, come and run with me or more simply SPONSOR ME!

The 5£ donation from my entry fee is going to the Salvation Army, but I would like to raise money for Rape Crisis as their Centres are few and with small budget compared to the great need for their work.

Boris Johnson has recently promised funds, but it seems still wuite uncertain if they are going to ever SEE the money...
