The Change Foundation and Sutton and Epsom RFC - VI Rugby Venice Kayak

I am privileged to be the Chair of Ambassadors for a fantastic charity, The Change Foundation, local to me in Surrey.

Their mission – using sport to create transformational change in the lives of disadvantaged and marginalised young people.

Uniquely, they also help other foundations set up and run themselves (such as; Lawrence Dallaglio's Rugby Works and Bryan Habana's Foundation).

Why am doing this?

Sutton and Epsom RFC will next season be rolling out a Visually Impaired (V.I.) Rugby initiative to raise the profile and get V.I. children and adults into this great sport.

All funds raised here will go back into the V.I. Rugby initiative at the club in a bid to help the people who really need us in our community through the TCF partnership.

So, your money goes further than just one place.

What am I doing?

I am competing in a kayak event in Venice in an effort to raise some funds, and to help out local, and wider, people who need our help.

Whilst a stunning setting this will not be easy.....

I know times are tough, however, there is always someone worse off.

So, if you could possibly spare some of your hard-earned beer vouchers / loose change it would be greatly appreciated. Change Foundation really are changing young/disadvantaged lives with what they achieve - both locally and far beyond, such in the Ukraine.

If you possibly could donate, it will help enormously.
