EMMA are raising money for Evangelistic Medical Missions Abroad
Our story
The EMMA team will embark on a short-term medical missions to Bo, Sierra Leone scheduled for February 2020. The mission will be hosted by a local charity run by a Sierra Leone national living in the UK who has a heart in reaching her local villages surrounding Bo. The emphasis will be on reaching local villages with free primary healthcare clinics and evangelistic gospel meetings in sharing the love of Jesus.
The team from the UK participating in the Sierra Leone 2020 mission will be lead by Dr Kwasi Appiah (GP) and members include Jeremy Mccabe (Dentist), Daniel Lange da Silva (Specialty Doctor), Naomi Lungu (Specialty Doctor), Tony Males (GP), Richard Scott (GP), Alison Jordan (GP), Deborah Edwards (GP), Matthew Coster (Non-Medic Volunteer), Greville Parmenter (Non-Medic Volunteer), Georgie Coster (Nurse), Esther Chevassut (Nurse), Biola Dikki (Nurse), Doreen Wardle (Nurse-Dispenser), Loraine Donegan (Ophthalmic Nurse), Mirjam Kool (Specialty Doctor), Julie Brent (Paediatrician), Bemigho Etuwewe (Paediatrician), Jite Etuwewe (Paediatrician), Ademola Oliatan (Dentist) and Iyabode Oliatan (Nurse).
