My story
Hi everyone!
I will take part in this year's Kessock Ferry Swim.
This is an exciting prospect as it combines two of my greatest passions: open water swimming and Highland history.
The 1200 m long swim follows the old ferry route between South and North Kessock across the iconic tidal narrows of the Beauly Firth. It is a revived Inverness tradition, originally dating back to 1946 (see aban.scot/kessock-ferry-swim/overview).
All money raised through this fundraiser will go to local charities.
