My story
As some of you know my niece was born with a poorly heart. This resulted in open heart surgery at 7days old at Birmingham Childrens Hospital. This is where they met the young at heart charity. The charity supports families of children with heart conditions. They have been a massive support to my brother and his partner. They provide emotional support and arrange days out for the children to meet and forget about everything for 1 day.
