I will be running in the Bupa Great Birmingham Run 2011 on October 23rd and have chosen to raise funds for Children with Cancer UK.

Please help me to exceed the target of £200 so that this much needed charity can benefit more children with cancer.

I will be running in my Little Mr (they didn't have Ms!) vest, amongst the throngs of committed individuals (yes I know, we should be!!) hell bent on raising money for those less fortunate than ourselves. It is true, we will not look a pretty sight at the finish but as we peel the socks from our sore feet and count the blisters and later fall into bed that evening, we will be smiling, content that we did it and that all those generous people that sponsored us will be helping to make a difference in some other human beings life.
