My story
Hey everyone! I hope you're well. On April 13th I'll be running the Paris Marathon to raise money for DEBRA UK.
DEBRA UK is an incredible charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a rare genetic skin condition often called "butterfly skin" due to the fragility of those living with it.
The organization provides vital care, emotional support, and practical help while funding groundbreaking research to find effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure for EB. With over £18 million raised annually, it has made significant strides in improving the quality of life for those living with EB.
I chose to run for DEBRA UK because of its life-changing work and the hope it brings to families facing this challenging condition. Its mission inspires me to contribute to raising awareness and funds for this remarkable cause.
