Charlie Waud - 12,000 steps per day for TCF

I am really pleased to have recently become an ambassador for The Change Foundation charity. The charity uses sport to help change the lives of marginalised young people.

Growing up I tried to play as much sport as possible and was fortunate to have plenty of access to a variety of activities at School, at Sports Clubs and at Uni.

I believe that the life skills and values that you pick up along the way from sport have stayed with me - and I continue to implement them into day to day life. Therefore giving younger people less fortunate than me the opportunity to play sport feels like a fantastic initiative to support.

I look forward to taking this challenge on of 12,000 steps per day for the whole of March - and hope to raise awareness and funds for the charity, as well as lose some lockdown lard myself!
