My story
We are raising money for ‘Yellow Door’ which is an amazing charity that offers a wide range of therapeutic support and prevention services to anyone at risk from or affected by domestic abuse, sexual abuse or other forms of harm.
We are running an event on Sunday 8th March at The Barbell Division that will include opportunities to try Strongman/Strongwoman, Pole and Muay Thai classes as well as educational talks around the importance of sleep, the menopause and a Q&A from a successful business women. There will also be a raffle and coffee stand. This is an amazing chance to surround yourself with some strong, inspirational and empowering women
