The Wall - Ultra Marathon in Support of Phoenix Heroes

On Saturday 14th June 25, James Goldsbury, Greg Allam and Josh Henry (Adam's Army) will be completing an Ultra Marathon ( Rat Race - The Wall ).   Ultra Marathon: The Wall    Start: Carlisle Castle    Finish: Baltic Quay, Gateshead  Distance: 70 Miles ( 113 Km )  Elevation: +3,460 ft  Time: Under 26 hrs   We are completing this challenge in memory of Adam Bennett-Bull who was sadly taken from us far too soon at the young age of 34.   Adam will always be remembered as a loving father, son, brother and uncle who went out of his way to help others.  Adam was proud to have served in the British Army for 8 years, including overseas campaigns with many other honours and accomplishments.   We are raising money for Phoenix Heroes ( Veteran Community Support ) who are a charity dedicated to supporting Armed Forces Veterans and their families.   Adam loved fishing and working with the Veteran Carp Angling Community, he helped design and build bespoke lakeside pitches enabling disabled veterans to enjoy the relaxing pleasure of carp fishing in a safe environment.   This is just one of the many support networks that Phoenix Heroes provides for the Veteran Community. Phoenix Heroes is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to veterans through outdoor activities such as fishing, football and allotment gardening.   The organisation is committed to helping veterans overcome the challenges they face when transitioning from military to civilian life, and it achieves this by providing opportunities for veterans to come together and build a sense of community and belonging.   Adam was passionate about helping fellow Armed Forces Veterans and to continue his lasting legacy, this is the perfect charity.  If you would like to support our cause, please donate.   We appreciate your support 🙏   James, Greg and Josh
