Triathlon Impossible 2023 was completed in 6 days 7 hours and 41 mins
At the end, completely and totally destroyed, ending at Leigh Sports Village as promised, 3mins before the Live Pitchside Interview with Derek Beaumont and Leigh Leopards
A 7,100m Open Lake Swim in Frankfurt followed by cycling across 5 European Countries, Germamy, Netherlands, Belgium, France to the UK on the Bike leg, through temperatures of 40degC and cycling for upto 9 hours per day, totally elevation for the Bike leg as high as Everest, the Bike leg ending at Leeds Rhinos stadium Thursday 29th June, 3 hours sleep, then the mammoth 58mile Ultra Run from Leeds to Leigh over the Moors, driving rain and fog, destroyed what was left of the legs, myself the huge Team and massage, support crew, driven by everyone suffering with MND, inspiration was Rob Burrow MBE ❤️

Starting Frankfurt, Germany June 24th, 9am CET, with a 7km Swim (7 in honour of Rob Burrow MBE) followed by 750miles + of cycling through Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK to Leeds Rhinos, before the final energy sapping 92km Ultra Run from Leeds to Leigh Sports Village on Friday 30th June, inspired by many, with Rob Burrow MBE the driving force
