Verity Volunteering - Cricket Without Boundaries - Kenya Autumn 2024

So this year I wanted to be more purposeful and give some more TIME as well as money back to things that are important to me. I have been lucky enough to watch a lot of cricket all over the world...but now time to get a bit more serious about what the sport can do for greater good rather than just my travel bucket list! 

Cricket Without Boundaries is a charity that for me ticks so many boxes with its work around the world to grow the game of cricket, while using the sport as a platform for health education and social change. It is run almost entirely by the dedication and enthusiasm of its volunteers. 

I am super excited to be joining on my first project in October 2024 and heading out to Kenya for 2 weeks to deliver this project with a group of amazing volunteers! 

I will be doing some fundraising events in the lead up to the final date of departure but have set up this fundraising page also for any additional donations you lovely people can offer! 

*please note I am paying for my own travel and any funds will be spent directly on the logistics of the delivery of the project itself as well as equipment we can take and leave.
