My story
b inspired has made a commitment to ensure that wellbeing is at the heart of our Neighbourhood Support Services. Our Wellbeing Coordinator is currently developing a wellbeing programme based on the following key areas:
Mental Wellbeing
Emotional Wellbeing
Physical Wellbeing
Social Wellbeing
Creative Wellbeing
Environmental Wellbeing
Wellbeing sessions:
We are hoping to deliver weekly wellbeing sessions on the 6 key areas. Service users can be referred or make a self-referral to these sessions via the new MHWQ referral process, as with other services.
We're asking for small donations to help kickstart our Wellbeing Programme.
